About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a Data Analyst to support a strategic Financial Services engagement. This role will focus on enterprise data solutions, ETL/ELT development, data analysis, reconciliation, and data warehouse initiatives within an AWS cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Oracle, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data quality management .

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT processes for enterprise data solutions
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and transformation logic
• Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models
• Support enterprise data warehouse and data integration initiatives
• Work with PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Oracle, and AWS cloud technologies
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and solutions
• Support testing, production support, and release activities
• Document data flows, mappings, and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Integration, Data Engineering, or related disciplines
• Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills
• Strong PostgreSQL experience
• Experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL
• Experience working in AWS cloud environments
• ETL/ELT development and support experience
• Data modeling and data management experience
• Experience with Oracle databases
• Enterprise data warehouse experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services industry experience
• Experience supporting BI and reporting solutions
• Data governance and data quality experience
• Experience with cloud-based analytics and data warehouse platforms
