Senior Full-Stack Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a key role in developing and enhancing a SaaS-based web services platform. This position partners with cross-functional teams to guide technical direction, solve complex problems, and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. As a senior team member, the role combines hands-on development, architectural leadership, and ongoing support of existing systems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence. This is a direct-hire position working primarily remote with occasional on-site presence required in Coppell, TX.

: Up to $123,224 depending on candidate experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of complex, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define, refine, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with technical leads and architects to design and implement solutions ranging from simple enhancements to highly complex systems.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Design and implement automated tests to ensure high code quality and system reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization efforts across applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide hands-on technical leadership within the development team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and jQuery, with experience building cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (C#) for iOS and Android.
• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as .NET MAUI or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and cross-platform environments, including Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software architecture and design patterns, and software development principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on software quality, including unit testing and test automation.
• Experience with Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Jira.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
