Job Description
What you will do:
-Manage the agency P&L
-Manage commercial finance relationships and activities
-Work closely with controllership team on all transactional finance/accounting items
-Utilize AI to transform the department and traditional operations
What you will have:
-10+ years of progressive finance experience
-Advertising industry experience highly preferred
-Experience with AI and “Agent-ifying problems” is mandatory!
-A great attitude and ability to work with multiple personalities
Desired Skills and Experience Creative advertising network with HQ in NYC is looking to hire a new Head of Finance (FD/VP/SVP level) for its New York Agency. This will be much more than a ‘traditional’ agency finance leader though, as they are looking for someone with experience using AI to bring finance into the 21st century as the industry continues to evolve!
The ideal candidate will either be someone with a traditional advertising/media/PR agency finance background who has successfully transformed utilizing AI, OR someone coming from a different ‘services’ industry (consulting, legal, etc) who has extensive AI/transformation experience
The role will be based in NYC and have in-office requirements 4x week, and reports into the North American CFO
