Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital and Data teams to identify AI-led transformation opportunities.
- Shape business cases and value hypotheses for AI adoption.
- Define target operating models for AI-enabled marketing and commercial functions.

Lead use case discovery across:
- Next Best Action (NBA)
- Next Best Offer (NBO)
- Personalisation
- Campaign optimisation
- Customer segmentation
- Churn prediction and retention
- Cross-sell and upsell

GenAI-enabled customer engagement
- Align business, data and technology stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and ROI tracking.
- Drive pilot execution and scale-up plans.
- Bring industry best practices and telecom case studies.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in Marketing, CRM, Commercial or Digital Transformation.
- Deep telecom experience preferred.

Experience with:
- Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Pega, Tealium, Optimove or similar MarTech platforms.
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- AI-led personalisation and recommendation engines.

Marketing automation platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management with Director/MD-level executives.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI and GenAI applications in customer experience.
Ideal Profile
Consulting Partner / Senior Business Consultant / AI Strategy Lead with strong commercial and marketing transformation credentials.
