Within the GCS Cross-Business Growth (CBG) – Cost Transformation team, professionals work collaboratively with Global and Member Firms (MFs) leaders to drive MDM and AIO growth, creating a significant impact across Deloitte’s businesses by shaping markets, driving innovation, and expanding market presence.

Overview of the role The professional will play a key role within the CBG Cost Transformation team, helping to activate the Global Pillar focused on defining and executing GTM strategy across Deloitte’s businesses and offerings. The professional will help a ccelerate the execution of Cross-Business Growth strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying, and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways. This position is critical to advancing Cost Transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on Strategic Support and Go-To-Market priorities.

Work you’ll do The Global Cross-Business AI-Led Work Transformation (AIWT) Senior Consultant drives core AIWT workstreams across GTM activation, AI-enabled asset development, and cross-business integration — translating program strategy into results in coordination with Deloitte’s four businesses (T&T, SR&T, T&L, A&A) and Member Firms. This role brings an analytical, insight-driven lens to the program, helping translate data and market signals into recommendations that inform AIWT strategy.

Activities:

• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled GTM assets and capabilities that help Member Firms activate and deliver AIWT in market.
• Contribute to GTM activation campaign strategy, helping shape sector-organized approaches that bring AIWT capabilities to market.
• Conduct research and analysis (market, competitive, storefront data) that informs AIWT strategy, planning, and pursuit activities.
• Identify and bring forward creative, non-traditional ideas for how Member Firms can deliver AIWT beyond conventional consulting approaches.
• Help connect AIWT capabilities and assets across T&T, SR&T, T&L, and A&A for cross-network use.
• Support development and scaling of novel AIWT assets that enable GTM motions.
• Contribute to AIWT Member Firm network activities, strengthening lighthouse pursuit visibility and eminence cascade across geographies.
• Contribute to the design of AIWT leadership moments (strategy workshops, MF activation sessions).
• Own AIWT sales and pipeline reporting and analytics, maintaining Jupiter/CRM data integrity and translating pipeline trends into insights for the AIWT team and leadership.
• Support coordination across key internal stakeholders, helping track deliverables and gather inputs across AIWT workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships across T&T, SR&T, T&L, and A&A to support AIWT integration across the four businesses.
• Partner with the broader AIWT team and Member Firm champions to drive consistent activation.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms and repositories for cross-network use.
• Build collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholder groups to support delivery coordination and track shared dependencies.

Requisite core skills

• High performance at a Senior Consultant-level equivalent
• Expertise in Jupiter reporting and pipeline/CRM data analysis, with the ability to translate data into strategic insight
