Job Title: Network Operations Analyst

Location: Syracuse, NY 13202

Duration –6+ Months

🔹 Key Skills: TCP/IP, Subnetting, OSI Model, Network Monitoring, Incident Management, SLA Management, Troubleshooting & Escalation

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor network health, alarms & events

• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting & escalation

• Create and maintain accurate incident tickets

• Ensure SLA response and resolution targets

• Coordinate with technical teams during major outages

• Provide status updates to customers and management

• Identify opportunities for process improvements
