Inthisrole,youwilldesign,develop,andmaintainsecure,scalable,andhigh-performancebackendsystemswhilecollaboratingwithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteams.YouwillleverageAgenticAIframeworks(suchasFactoryAIorequivalentplatforms)tobuildintelligentAIagentsthatautomatesecurityworkflows,identifyvulnerabilities,generateremediationrecommendations,andenableautomatedissueresolution.

KeyResponsibilities

• • Design,develop,andmaintainsecure,scalable,andhigh-performancebackendapplicationsusingJava(SpringBoot)andPython.
  • Build,deploy,andsupportRESTfulAPIs,microservices,andcloud-nativebackendservicesfollowingmodernsoftwareengineeringbestpractices.
  • CollaboratewithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteamstointegratesecuritycontrolsthroughouttheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC).
  • DevelopAI-poweredautomationsolutionsusingFactoryAIorequivalentAgenticAIframeworks.
  • DesignandimplementintelligentAIagents(droids)toautomate:
  • Vulnerabilitydiscoveryandanalysis
  • Securityassessments
  • Remediationrecommendations
  • Automatedremediationwhereapplicable
  • BuildAI-drivenworkflowsforthreatmodelling,vulnerabilityanalysis,securityassessments,andcontextualsecurityrecommendationsbasedonuserprompts.
  • IntegrateAIautomationintoDevSecOpspipelinestoenhancesecurityposture,operationalefficiency,anddeveloperproductivity.
  • Deploy,manage,andoptimizeapplicationsoncloudplatformsusingmodernCI/CDpractices.
  • Evaluate,prototype,andadoptemergingAI,cloud,automation,andsecuritytechnologiestocontinuouslyimproveengineeringcapabilities.
  • Ensurebackendservicesmeetenterprisestandardsforsecurity,scalability,reliability,maintainability,andperformance.
  • Participateinarchitecturereviews,technicaldesigndiscussions,codereviews,andengineeringbestpracticeinitiatives.
  • Mentorjuniorengineersandprovidetechnicalleadershipwhereapplicable.
