AI-Native Java Developer – AI-Assisted Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI-Native Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience and expertise in AI-assisted engineering. The ideal candidate will use modern AI tools to improve software development across the SDLC and help drive AI adoption and engineering productivity.

Mandatory Skills

Java, GitHub Copilot, Cursor , Claude Code ,Codex, GenAI, RAG , Agentic AI, MCP Prompt Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, document, and optimize applications using AI-assisted development tools.
• Drive AI adoption across the end-to-end SDLC.
• Build and integrate RAG pipelines , including data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval.
• Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows .
• Work with MCP tools and connectors for enterprise integrations.
• Establish AI engineering best practices, guardrails, and quality standards.
• Develop AI-enabled engineering workflows integrated with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of AI-generated code, test cases, and documentation.
• Mentor team members on effective AI tool usage and prompt engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex .
• Hands-on experience with RAG and/or Agentic AI solutions .
• Understanding of MCP tools/connectors and enterprise AI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-integrated SDLC/PDLC.
• Ability to work in a hands-on technical role while also enabling and mentoring engineering teams.
