Job Description
Head of Provider Partnerships — Health Data AI, NYC — $155-170K base (OTE $205-220K) + equity
Founding team role at a fast-growing AI + real-world data company accelerating drug development. You’d own the provider data network end to end — from first pitch to long-term advocate.
You’ll own:
🤝 Sourcing, pitching, and signing new specialty practices and physician networks
⚙️ Running partners from signature to live — data agreements, EHR integration
📞 Ongoing engagement, clinical reviews, and retention
💵 Provider economics, revenue share reporting and payments
🗣️ Being the internal voice of the provider, shaping product and roadmap
What you bring:
✅ 6+ years in provider-facing roles — physician network development, MSO/specialty practice ops, or health data network growth
✅ Track record signing and managing independent physician practice partnerships
✅ Strong PM skills — juggling many implementations without dropping the ball
✅ Comfort with EHRs, de-identification, HIPAA, BAAs
✅ A relationship builder physicians actually trust
📍 Hybrid, NYC preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
💰 $155-170K base + bonus + equity (OTE $205-220K)
