Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Network Operations Manager oversees provider network operations, including provider relations, credentialing, and network adequacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- : Identify network gaps, support contracting strategy, and help recruit high value providers.
- : Build strong provider relationships, resolve escalated issues, and improve satisfaction and retention.
- : Promote organizational programs, deliver provider facing presentations as needed, and collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns.
- : Ensure compliance with state requirements.
- : Manage staff, workflows, KPIs, and process improvements.
- : Partner with Bill Review Services, MIS, Sales, and other departments within the company.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7+ years in managed care or provider network operations, preferred
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
- Ability to present value propositions and support growth initiatives.
The salary range for this position is starting at $65,000 and may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and in alignment with applicable law.
