**Hiring: Founding Full Stack Engineer React.js Node.js AWS**

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–4+ Years

Product: Assistly – HealthTech SaaS Platform

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

We are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building products, solving complex problems, and taking end-to-end ownership.

This is not a role focused only on writing code. We are looking for an engineer with a strong startup and product mindset who can understand problems deeply, evaluate multiple solutions, explain trade-offs, and take ownership from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and production support.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong DSA, problem-solving and CS fundamentals
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Hands-on React Native experience
• Strong understanding of AWS and cloud deployments
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD and AWS CLI
• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Strong technical communication and conceptual clarity
• Proven experience building and shipping features end-to-end
• Ability to think like a product owner and take complete ownership
• Startup/product-based experience or strong startup mindset is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable web and mobile applications
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Design and deliver end-to-end product features
• Work across frontend, backend, cloud and DevOps
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance
• Work closely with product managers and engineering leadership
• Take features from concept to production
