Assistant Account Executive

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency, is looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Hyundai Digital team! We don’t just look for fresh talent; we look for fresh thinkers.

We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week onsite. Local candidates only please.

The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website updates and ensures that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget. This role requires experience in a professional work environment. The successful candidate should possess good communications skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and critical thinking towards solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the client on a daily basis to identify needs and expectations of site updates
• Facilitate internal and client reviews, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
• Deliver on (small to medium sized scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided
• Work with our internal Account team as well as any and all members of assigned project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, design, technology requirements, etc.
• Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
• Act as a liaison between client and agency teams to deliver relevant information, securing feedback and approvals and routing through the internal and external stakeholders
• Support the account team on all day-to-day asks and own status documents for internal and client facing teams
• Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
• Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape)
• Oversee internal program process documents
• Manages relationships with some ongoing partners/vendors

REQUIREMENTS

• One year work experience or internship in an ad agency environment preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
• Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel

Salary range: $24.04 to $25.00 hourly. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
