Position: Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) / PFS Subject Matter Expert (SME) – AI & Automation
Location: New York, NY – (Remote/Travel Ones in A Month)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description
- Candidate should have 10+ years of experience.
- Candidate should have experience to provide PFS/RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) subject matter expertise across billing, denials, AR follow-up, underpayments, payment posting, and reconciliation.
- Candidate should have experience to partner with engineering teams to translate real-world PFS workflows, decision rules, and exceptions into AI-enabled solutions.
- Candidate should have experience to define business requirements, process logic, quality standards, escalation thresholds, and human-review criteria.
- Candidate should have experience to validate AI-generated outputs and identify gaps between system logic and actual healthcare revenue cycle practices.
- Candidate should have experience in Team Lead/Supervisor-level PFS experience with strong knowledge of CARC/RARC, payer rules, 835/837, AR aging, COB, and major EHRs.
