Contract to Hire
Job Summary:
- Expert-level experience designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale Kubernetes environments .
- Deep hands-on expertise with ArgoCD/GitOps , particularly scaling ArgoCD across large enterprise Kubernetes fleets.
- Strong experience with Helm, Kustomize, Kubernetes deployments, container registries, and release management .
- Proven ability to resolve pipeline performance, scalability, reliability, and security bottlenecks .
- Experience improving build times, artifact management, deployment automation, and overall release efficiency .
- Strong DevSecOps expertise, including integrating automated security scanning and security gates into pipelines.
- Hands-on development and automation experience using Go, Python, and/or Bash .
- Experience developing custom automation, webhooks, or Kubernetes operators for complex deployment requirements.
