The Senior Software Engineer is a technical leader who designs, implements, and ensures the quality of complex software solutions to solve our customers’ most pressing challenges. This position exists to provide technical leadership that champions a customer-first mindset and a culture of quality within the engineering team. As a mentor and guide, a primary function is to establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring the team delivers scalable, high-quality systems that create measurable value for our users. Technical Impact: Leads the design and development of software solutions for a subsystem or component. Ensure Software Quality and Reliability: Owns the quality of their code and contributes to testing frameworks. Internal and External Collaboration: Recognized as an active contributor to internal tooling or upstream projects, serving as a role model for community engagement. Often serves as a project reviewer or maintainer. Mentor and Develop Engineering Talent: Mentors and coaches other engineers. Own and Deliver Business Impact: Owns and delivers features with clear business impact, to deliver end user value. Apply and Advance Technical Practices: Supports and implements the adoption of new tools within their team. Leverage and Utilize AI Tools: Identifies and resolves moderately complex issues by implementing AI-powered agents to automate non-routine workflows and enhance existing team processes.
