Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality training content for civil/construction industry, including process training, learning modules, and training programs.
- Design engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, and assessments to meet client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions effectively using various methods like classroom instruction, online webinars, or on-the-job coaching.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and create accurate content that meets industry standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in creating training content related to civil/construction industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them when designing training programs.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear concise language for diverse audiences.
