Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, informative, and engaging technical content related to software products, data management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Write high-quality technical blogs, articles, product content, and website copy.
• Research complex technical topics and simplify them for the target audience.
• Create how-to guides, tutorials, product documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
• Understand software products and convert technical information into user-friendly content.
• Perform keyword research and create SEO-friendly technical content.
• Optimize existing content for search engine visibility and readability.
• Collaborate with SEO, Digital Marketing, Product, and Technical teams.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain brand tone and follow content quality guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong technical writing and research skills.
• Good understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Excellent English communication and grammar.
• Ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
• Knowledge of software, IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or data-management topics will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, MS Word, Grammarly, and SEO tools.

Qualification

Any Graduate with strong writing and research skills.
