About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic business partner to our Founder/CEO. In this high-impact role, you will manage both personal and professional operations, ensuring seamless execution across scheduling, travel, and special projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and key external stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Time Management: Serve as the strategic gatekeeper, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities.
• Travel Coordination: Plan end-to-end domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries for both business and personal trips.
• Workflow & Project Tracking: Keep daily commitments organized, track project milestones using task management tools, and drive key initiatives to completion.
• Events & Gatherings: Lead the execution of high-level meetings, off-sites, and specialized events.
• Special Projects: Execute ad-hoc personal and professional projects with total discretion, confidentiality, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

We welcome candidates from backgrounds in Executive/Personal Assistance, Bespoke Travel/Hospitality, Project Management, or White-Glove Customer Service.
