📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance activities.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform basic bank, payment, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare routine financial reports and summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, expenses, and payment requests.
• Ensure financial data is entered accurately and maintained in an organized manner.
