Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator
Talarico Construction Clifton Park, NY$55,000–$75,000 + Benefits + Growth Opportunities
Talarico Construction is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end whole-house renovations and additions throughout the Capital Region. We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and dependable person to work directly with the owner and help keep projects and operations running smoothly.
This is more than a typical office position. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the business, from client communication and scheduling to material ordering and project coordination. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to grow with it.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries
- Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates
- Order materials and track lead times
- Assist with estimates, selections, and change orders
- Organize permits, invoices, and project documents
- Help improve systems and processes as the company grows
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
