Description
- We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a hybrid setting.
- This contract role requires managing schedules, communications, and travel while ensuring accessibility for a visually-impaired executive.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive.
- Strong technical skills with general technology platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working where service animals are present.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency with general technology platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services preferred.
