Executive Assistant - Santa Monica
Real estate firm in Santa Monica is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their team!
The EA will support a small team of executives with the following:
- Managing calendars and scheduling high-volume meetings
- Arranging travel logistics for domestic and international trips
- Creating and distributing presentations and other meeting materials
- Helping with document management, including notarization if applicable
- Assisting with executive correspondence
- Supporting event planning and special projects
The firm will offer a great compensation package ($110k-$125k, DOE). Other perks include:

Qualified EAs will have at least 5 years of administrative support experience within professional services. A notary license is a huge plus!
