Job Description: Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Python Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our Data-driven FRC team. The role will require the following:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and AI models.
• Design and implement generative AI solutions for various business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and applications.
• Document development processes and create technical documentation.

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master as degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to various audiences
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and analysis.
