• **Company Description**
• Twin Two is an e-commerce and marketplace agency that helps brands and retailers grow their online business across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels.
• We are looking for an India-based eCommerce Manager to help manage, improve, and grow Shopify stores for our clients.
• **Role Description**
• The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for supporting Shopify websites for Twin Two clients. This role will include day-to-day Shopify management, product updates, merchandising, promotions, reporting, website optimization, basic Shopify customization, and email marketing support.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience, understands eCommerce performance, can make basic Shopify theme/customization updates using Liquid, and has experience supporting email marketing campaigns for online stores.
• **Responsibilities**
• Manage Shopify stores for Twin Two clients
• Upload and update products, collections, pricing, images, descriptions, and product details
• Review Shopify websites and look for ways to improve conversion, navigation, merchandising, and customer experience
• Make basic Shopify theme updates and customizations
• Work with Shopify Liquid, theme files, templates, sections, and blocks when needed
• Update homepage sections, product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, banners, and site content
• Set up and manage promotions, discount codes, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, abandoned cart campaigns, and customer retention campaigns
• Help create and update email flows, segments, lists, templates, and campaign calendars
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters on email creative, product messaging, and promotional assets
• Monitor email performance, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, unsubscribe rate, and campaign performance
• Monitor website performance, sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and other key metrics
• Prepare weekly performance updates and recommendations for clients
• Coordinate with designers, developers, marketing teams, and marketplace teams on tasks that need to be completed
• Review Shopify apps and help manage basic app-related tasks
• Assist with SEO updates such as page titles, meta descriptions, product copy, and collection copy
• Check for website issues, broken links, missing images, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock products, and other problems
• Help manage inventory, product availability, and merchandising priorities
• Support affiliate, TikTok Shop, marketplace, email, and SMS campaigns when they connect back to Shopify
• Track open tasks and make sure client requests are followed up on
• **Qualifications**
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid and basic Shopify theme customization
• Experience editing Shopify themes, templates, sections, blocks, and page layouts
• Experience with email marketing for eCommerce brands
• Experience using email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Shopify Email, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of eCommerce, online merchandising, conversion, and customer retention
• Experience updating products, collections, pages, discounts, and website content in Shopify
• Ability to review website and email performance and suggest improvements
• Comfortable working with Shopify apps and basic website settings
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and task trackers
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects at the same time
• India-based and able to work remotely
• **Preferred Experience**
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a plus
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is a plus
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and troubleshooting
