Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to drive project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction scheduling.
• Manage project budgets through cost management strategies, including construction estimating and tracking expenditures against financial plans.
• Oversee the review and interpretation of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Lead project teams by managing resources effectively, assigning tasks appropriately, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment while managing contracts and change orders efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work.
• Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively through cost management practices.
• In-depth understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for project execution.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Construction site experience is essential for understanding field operations and site safety protocols.
• Knowledge of contracts management including negotiations and change order processing is preferred.

Pay: $71,952.95 - $86,653.01 per year
