About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant & Client Experience Coordinator to support our management team and act as a key link between our Korean and English-speaking staff and clients.
This is a varied role combining interpretation, client experience, administration and executive support within a fast-paced luxury business.
Responsibilities
- Provide Korean ↔ English interpretation for consultations, meetings and day-to-day communication
- Support Korean team members with administrative and organisational matters
- Assist clients throughout their experience and respond to enquiries professionally
- Manage appointments, schedules and booking-related administration
- Provide executive and administrative support to company directors
- Prepare documents, correspondence and internal records
- Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
Requirements
- Fluent Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and common business software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Desirable
- Previous experience in administration, executive support, office coordination or customer service
- Experience in beauty, hospitality, luxury retail or other client-facing industries
- Experience interpreting or translating between Korean and English
