Executive Operations Assistant

Position Overview:

Coastline Micro is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment and is interested in developing operational, logistics, and business management skills.

The Executive Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, computer build preparation, inventory management, and internal business processes. This position offers strong opportunities for professional growth, including the potential to take on expanded warehouse and operations management responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including package preparation, tracking, and documentation
• Pull and organize system components for custom computer builds and IT equipment deployments
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and inventory accuracy
• Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including tracking, vendor coordination, and follow-up
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, technical, and leadership teams to support company initiatives and workflow improvements
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed across departments

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2+ year(s) experience working in a warehouse/office setting
• College degree completed or actively pursuing a degree
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aligned
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computer hardware and technology components
• Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment and packages as needed (80+ lbs.)
• Strong time management skills
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record
