Executive Assistant - Real Estate

I am a real estate investor, realtor, and entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and projects including real estate sales, property rentals, home renovations/flips, and a growing construction company in Orange County.

I am looking for a reliable, organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to help support and grow the business long term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, content creation, branding, social media, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

The primary focus of this role is marketing, social media growth, branding, client relations, and operational support. I am looking for someone who wants to help build a recognizable and trusted local brand through content creation, organization, relationship management, and consistent execution.

This is more than a typical assistant position. I am looking for someone with a long-term growth mindset who wants to become a key part of the business and eventually grow into a larger leadership role such as Marketing Director as the companies continue to expand.
