AI Engineer / Specialist

We are looking for AI Engineers / AI Specialists to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered applications and products, particularly solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.

Depending on your background, the role can focus more on technical AI engineering or AI solution design, optimization, and business implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions using LLMs / Generative AI.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval systems.
• Design and optimize prompts, system prompts, prompt tuning, and prompt evaluation.
• Develop AI Agents, including workflows, tool integration, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop approval.
• Build AI applications end-to-end, from proof of concept to production.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems through REST APIs, microservices, and third-party services.
• Define and improve LLM evaluation frameworks, including Golden Datasets, evaluation metrics, pass rates, and benchmarking.
• Design and implement Guardrails, AI Safety, and Data Access Policies to ensure reliable and responsible AI usage.
• Analyze and improve AI application performance, including hallucination, context management, token usage, latency, and cost.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and continuously optimize AI applications and solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge bases, solution specifications, and project documentation.

AI Engineer – Key Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / AI Engineering.
• Strong Python, Java, or Go skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience building AI applications end-to-end, from PoC to production.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and basic Docker / CI/CD.
• Understanding of AI Agents, LLM Evaluation, and Knowledge Bases.
• Understanding of LLM challenges, including hallucination, context, token usage, latency, and cost; ability to debug and optimize AI solutions.
• Understanding of Guardrails, AI Safety, and Data Access Policies.
• Ability to work with APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, and SQL.
• Nice to have: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI/AutoGen; Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI; Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

AI Specialist – Key Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience with at least one AI Chatbot / AI Product deployed to real users.
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills, including System Prompt, Prompt Tuning, and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, knowledge bases, embeddings, vector search, and document and metadata management.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, including Golden Dataset, metrics, pass rate, and benchmarking.
• Ability to design AI Agents, including workflows, tools, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop.
• Understanding of APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, and basic SQL.
• Understanding of Guardrails, AI safety, data access policies, and key LLM challenges such as hallucination, context, latency, and cost.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
• Nice to have: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI/AutoGen; Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI; Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus; NIST AI RMF/EU AI Act; Banking, Finance, Aviation, or Real Estate experience.
