CMC GLOBAL IS HIRING – AI/ML ENGINEER | LLM & GENERATIVE AI

CMC Global is looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative AI team and build next-generation LLM and Generative AI solutions for global clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and optimize LLM & Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Build RAG systems, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
• Work on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and frameworks and bring solutions into production.
• Research and apply the latest AI/ML techniques to practical use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI Agents.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, LLM fine-tuning, or Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or other open-source models.
• Strong Python skills and solid ML/DL fundamentals.
• Ability to read research papers, conduct experiments, and apply new techniques to production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, or agent orchestration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, model monitoring, and evaluation.
• Experience working with international clients or global teams.
