Top law firm in NEW YORK CITY seeks a top notch Legal Executive Assistant (MUST COME OUT OF A LAW FIRM). Support a great senior attorney with your stellar skills and background.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY. The Legal Executive Assistant will support top Attorney by managing schedules, expenses, and calendars and all day to day tasks to keep him running smooth. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes in day-to-day operations. You will have an administrative partner to work with which is great so the two of you can balance the time and work together, awesome situation. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a $150,000 annual salary, overtime pay, and bonus opportunities. It is an “in office” position. It’s a great role and only open since the incumbent is relocating to the west coast.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Law.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Relevant experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a comparable legal support role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
