Job Description
**Location: Remote
Compensation: Equity only, with potential cash compensation in the future.
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Assistant to help secure investment for an ultra-luxury automotive and functional art company developing electric supercars, e-bikes, timepieces, and collectible art.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute fundraising strategies.
* Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors.
* Prepare and deliver investor presentations and fundraising materials.
* Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence, and follow-up communications.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective investors.
Requirements:
* Experience in investor relations, fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related field.
* Existing relationships with investors are strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
