Strata Manager Or Assistant Strata Manager | 4 Days WFH | Coastal Portfolio

An excellent opportunity is available for a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager looking for flexibility, a quality portfolio and a supportive working environment.

Our client is an established boutique strata business with a strong reputation in the industry. With continued growth across the business, they are looking to add to their team and are open to considering candidates at either Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager level.

A major benefit of this position is the flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home four days per week and attend the office up to one day per week.
The portfolio is predominantly coastal and consists of approximately 50 buildings / 550 lots. It is a well-maintained and relatively straightforward portfolio, without the excessive workload often found in larger strata businesses.

For an Assistant Strata Manager, there will be plenty of support and mentoring available, making this a great opportunity to build your experience and progress towards managing your own portfolio.
The role may include:

• Managing or supporting the management of a portfolio of strata properties
• Developing strong relationships with owners and committees
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Preparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
• Assisting with budgets, levies, insurance and financial matters
• Providing advice regarding strata legislation, compliance and by-laws
• Responding to owner and committee enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring portfolio matters are managed efficiently

The business is interested in speaking with experienced Strata Managers as well as Assistant Strata Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Strong communication skills, organisation and the ability to build positive relationships with owners and committees will be important.
What’s on offer:

• Salary up to $115,000 + super, depending on experience
