Solutions Consultant – CX & Agentic AI
Location: Hyderabad, India | Experience: 4–8+ Years | Full-Time
Pronix.ai is hiring a customer-facing Solutions Consultant – CX & Agentic AI to partner with our Sales team and drive enterprise AI and CX opportunities from customer discovery through POC and production pilot .
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery, use-case identification, solutioning, and technical presentations .
Design Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Contact Center AI, and GenAI solutions.
Build and demonstrate demos, prototypes, POCs, and production pilots .
Develop solution architectures, integrations, proposals, RFP responses, and SOW inputs.
Partner with Sales and Delivery to move opportunities from discovery to production implementation .
