About the Role
As an AI Specialist, you will be the technical visionary of our AI team. You will drive R&D initiatives, integrate state-of-the-art (SOTA) AI technologies into enterprise workflows, and solve the most complex domain-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and apply the latest advancements in AI (e.g., advanced LLMs, autonomous agents, SOTA Computer Vision).
- Architect enterprise-grade AI ecosystems and oversee their integration.
- Solve critical performance bottlenecks using GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA) and advanced optimization techniques.
- Set the strategic technical direction and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of deep expertise in AI R&D, model architecture, and production-scale deployment.
- Mastery of deep learning frameworks, advanced Python/C++, and scalable cloud/edge architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying complex GenAI, NLP, or CV models that deliver high business value.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
