Job Description
Our client, a leading contemporary art gallery, is seeking an exceptional PA to join the office of the founder. Working closely alongside a senior EA and a highly supportive team, you will provide seamless support to a well-known CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
A largely business-focused role, responsibilities will include complex diary management, extensive travel coordination, scheduling, and involvement in company-wide projects and initiatives. There will also be some ad hoc personal support, alongside liaising with the family office, the founder’s family, and wider network.
The ideal candidate will have superb interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for the art world. Previous art world experience is highly desirable; alternatively, candidates with HNW or family office experience and a strong interest in the arts will also be considered.
Based in Mayfair, this role offers a 4-day office-based working pattern, excellent benefits, a fantastic team culture, and a varied, fast-paced position.
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE.
