CRO - PE Backed Ai/Finance Business, $100M+ ARR

Our client is a market-leading enterprise software platform, providing critical infrastructure that connects large organizations to their global network of partners and systems. With trillions in annual transaction volume and connectivity to thousands of integration points worldwide, they serve a large and growing portfolio of global enterprise customers.

Backed by a leading private equity firm and entering their next phase of growth, they are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to unify go-to-market strategy, scale a high-performing commercial engine, and give the business the revenue leadership infrastructure its growth trajectory demands.

The Role

You will own revenue strategy end to end — sales, customer success, and revenue operations — partnering directly with the CEO, CMO, and wider leadership team to accelerate a business that is already growing well. You will inherit a distributed commercial team, a pipeline motion that is already working, and a mandate to bring greater rigor, forecasting discipline, and scalable process to the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy end to end across new business sales, expansion, renewals, and customer success
• Build scalable, repeatable GTM motion as the company moves beyond its current growth stage, with a focus on process and predictability rather than heroics
• Bring greater forecasting rigor and pipeline discipline to a commercial function with strong fundamentals
• Build out AI-enabled sales capability and tooling across the revenue function
• Partner cross-functionally with the CEO, CMO, CPO, and CFO to align revenue strategy with company-wide priorities
• Lead and develop a distributed commercial team in a remote-first environment

Requirements

• Proven revenue leadership with demonstrable experience scaling sales and customer success functions
• Comfortable operating across new business and retention/expansion in equal measure
• Experience in or around private equity-backed businesses, with an understanding of how PE-backed companies operate and are measured
• Track record of bringing structure and scalability to a commercial engine with strong fundamentals but underdeveloped process
• B2B SaaS or fintech background preferred
• Experience leading distributed, international teams
• Background in an accelerating growth environments
