Develop and maintain features across the stack, ensuring a tight, reliable engineering process that delivers value to major brands.
Key Responsibilities at this Role
- Own tickets end-to-end from problem understanding to feature shipping
- Build features across the frontend and backend stack
- Debug and optimize production systems for performance
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
- Learn and adapt to evolving technology stacks
Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role
- 3–6 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS, SQL & NoSQL databases, and AWS/GCP — all mandatory.
- Product-based startup experience is critical; candidates from service-based companies or EdTech backgrounds are not preferred.
- Well maintained GitHub profile is mandatory.
