Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to manage, maintain, and improve our company website. The role will involve day-to-day WordPress management, website updates, page development, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and future web development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor.
  • Create, edit, and update website pages, landing pages, forms, menus, and content.
  • Manage and publish blogs through the WordPress CMS.
  • Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor, plugin, theme, and responsive-design issues.
  • Ensure the website performs well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Monitor and improve website speed and performance using tools such as PageSpeed Insights.
  • Handle basic SEO corrections including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, internal links, and sitemap-related issues.
  • Work with Rank Math, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage website forms, integrations, tracking codes, backups, SSL, and routine maintenance.
  • Configure and maintain WordPress plugins and other website tools.
  • Implement future website enhancements and new web features using modern web technologies.
  • Explore and work with new development tools, AI tools, and technologies as the website evolves.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of WordPress
  • Elementor experience is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Understanding of WordPress plugins, themes, and CMS
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and work with modern web technologies

Good to Have

  • Basic Coding knowledge (Reactjs/nextjs)
  • Modern JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Basic understanding of APIs
  • Website performance and Core Web Vitals
  • Rank Math SEO
  • Google Search Console, GA4, and GTM
