The position is hybrid schedule, possible remote options / 1-year contract (possible extension) / $70-HR pay rate / Full Time / W2. Job responsibilities “At-A-Glance”:
- Develop customized coding, software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions, using tools specific to the project or the area
- Cobol development for the systems transactional processing, securities, and support and CICS applications
- Design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Understanding Software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Test, implement, maintain and provide technical solutions
- Subsequent release testing in an Agile environment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time
Career Skills & Experience:
- AS degree and 5 years of mainframe development or combination of 7 years higher education and work experience, 5 years application development
- COBOL, CICS is required
- Debit Card application development is required
- Panvalet management system is ideal
