Develop mainframe hardware growth strategies. Plan processor upgrades and refresh cycles. Forecast CPU and memory requirements. Support hardware procurement and financial planning. Preferred candidate profile

• Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong knowledge Of IBM Z architecture, CPC configuration, and enterprise mainframe infrastructure.
• Experience in capacity forecasting, performance modeling, processor sizing, and resource optimization.
• Expertise in hardware lifecycle management, upgrade planning, and infrastructure capacity management.
• Experience with financial planning, ROI analysis, and technology investment planning. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware ES
• X, and public/private cloud environments, including on-pra•rlises to doud rnigrations. preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience with IBM ZPCR, ZBNA, RMF, SMF, and mainframe performance analysis tools.
• Knowledge of LPAR configuration, Parallel Sysplex, workload optimization, and capacity planning.
• Experience supporting IBM Z hardware refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, infrastructure budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management.
• Understanding of ITIL Change Management and infrastructure governance processes. E
• xperience with automation, Infrastructure as Code (laC), vulnerability management, Active Directory, and ADFS.
