Our software is designed to improve efficiency and transparency in legal service procurement and management.

Priori is looking to add a Senior Developer to our engineering organization. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development process. You will guide and contribute to the design and development of new features, help optimize and scale our application, and work within an agile development environment. You will be responsible for building both server-side logic (using Ruby on Rails) and front-end components (JavaScript using Vue.js). As a leader in the organization, you will be responsible for mentoring other Engineers through pair programming and code review.

You will:

• Plan and contribute to all phases of the agile development lifecycle
• Perform code review, mentor and support the work of other developers
• Ensure use of best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, and code standards)
• Integrate our code with that of third party APIs, including AI LLMs.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure optimized functionality
• Recommend and lead continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies
• Clearly and regularly communicate with the CTO, Engineering Manager, Engineering Team, Product Team, and external stakeholders
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop robust, scalable, and secure features

You have:

• 4+ years professional software development experience
