Executive Personal Assistant

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant (Metrics & Operations Focus) will be responsible for organizing revenue data, building weekly dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering a clear “CEO Snapshot” to support high-level decision making.

You will transform messy data into clean insights.

Your work will directly impact leadership conversations, partnerships, and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Metrics & Reporting

• Pull weekly and monthly revenue reports from platforms (e.g., Shopify, Fanatics Live, Whatnot, etc.)
• Track revenue by category (non-sport vs sports)
• Monitor growth trends (week-over-week and month-over-month)
• Track average order value / average break size
• Identify top-performing products and slow-moving inventory
• Assist in margin tracking and basic profitability analysis
• Build and maintain a clean executive dashboard (Google Sheets or similar)

Executive Support

• Prepare a weekly “CEO Snapshot” summary highlighting:
• Revenue totals
• Category breakdowns
• Growth trends
• Key insights or anomalies
• Support data preparation for meetings with partners and executives
• Maintain organized reporting systems and documentation
• Personal Assistant

Operational Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in reporting systems
• Suggest process improvements for better data clarity
• Help create repeatable reporting structures as the company scales

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong ability to clean and organize messy data
• Experience building dashboards and summary reports
• Comfortable summarizing numbers into simple executive-level insights
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or media businesses
• Experience in revenue operations or financial reporting
• Experience supporting founders or fast-growing startups

Compensation:

• $25- $30/ hour depending on experience OR
