About the Role
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead the technical development of our cutting-edge automotive solutions. In this role, you will own software architecture decisions, build high-performance embedded systems, and mentor a dynamic team of engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Technical Leadership: Own software architecture decisions, analyze client requirements, and drive technical design/code reviews.
- Core Development: Design, develop, and test complex embedded software components for automotive systems.
- Problem-Solving: Lead deep debugging, root-cause analysis, and system integration.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high coding standards and best practices.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience, especially in Automotive Embedded Systems.
- Advanced expertise in C/C++ programming.
- Solid experience with Multi-core embedded systems, RTOS, or Bare-metal development.
- Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols and software architecture.
- Bonus points if you have experience with: AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Radar systems, ADAS, ISO 26262, CANoe, Davinci, or Infineon TriCore platforms.
