About the Role
We are looking for a talented Bridge Software Engineer to join Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam. In this role, you will be the key bridge connecting our Japanese clients and our Vietnamese development teams. Your main goal is to ensure smooth communication, clear technical understanding, and successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the bilingual bridge (Japanese/English) between customer teams and our developers.
- Translate business and field requirements from clients into clear, engineering-ready technical specs.
- Work closely with technical experts to capture all domain logic and constraints, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.
- Guide software solutions from the initial prototype phase to a complete, customer-facing application.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in software development.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and professional English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.
- Bonus point: Previous experience working with Japanese clients or global teams.
