This person will act as the right hand to a busy Director/VP of Leasing — helping keep deals, projects, schedules, deadlines, and priorities organized so leadership can stay focused on strategy, growth, and relationship management.

They need someone proactive. Someone sharp. Someone who can respectfully hold people accountable, stay ten steps ahead, and keep momentum moving across a busy leasing pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing calendars, scheduling, priorities, and executive workflow

• Helping keep projects, deals, and leasing timelines on track

• Following up on outstanding items and ensuring accountability across teams

• Supporting leasing operations, documentation, and coordination

• Assisting with LOIs, lease tracking, reporting, and tenant coordination

• Acting as the organizational backbone for a busy leasing executive

• Helping leadership stay focused on strategic initiatives instead of administrative bottlenecks

• Prior administrative, executive assistant, coordinator, or commercial real estate experience preferred
