Primary Skill Area: Governance Strategy, Operating Model & Compliance

The opportunity Lead enterprise data governance programs by defining governance operating models, policies, standards, ownership frameworks, controls, and compliance-aligned ways of working. Drive adoption of governance practices across business, data, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise Data Governance frameworks.
• Define governance operating models, councils, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Establish data policies, standards, procedures, and governance controls.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.
• Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and governance reporting.
• Define governance KPIs, maturity metrics, scorecards, and adoption tracking mechanisms.
• Support data literacy, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
• Lead governance assessments, roadmap development, and governance program delivery.
