Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex DataStage jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Develop efficient SQL queries to extract data from various sources and load it into target systems such as Snowflake or IBM DB2.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to DataStage job failures, performance tuning, and data quality.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-10 years of experience in designing and developing DataStage jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage software.
  • Strong understanding of SQL programming language for querying relational databases like IBM DB2.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms like Snowflake for big data analytics.
  • Proficiency in building complex workflows using Databuild tool within the Infosphere environment.
