Job Summary

We are hiring Team Leads to manage and guide teams working on Data Annotation and AI/ML Data Labeling projects. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, workload allocation, quality, productivity, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of annotators.
• Allocate workloads and monitor daily targets.
• Track productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure timely project delivery as per quality standards.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching/feedback.
• Resolve operational and team-related issues.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams.
• Support team onboarding and training.
• Maintain team reports and trackers using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Annotation / Data Labeling.
• Knowledge of 3D LiDAR, Object Detection, Lane Detection, Road Sign Recognition, Semantic Segmentation, and ADAS.
• Prior Team Lead / Team Management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 60% and above.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and from the Hyderabad office.
