Key Responsibilities

• AI & Workflow Integration:

  Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and document processing pipelines (PDF parsing, OCR) into core business workflows.

• Domain-Specific AI Features:

  Build tailored AI capabilities, including construction document Q&A, building code search, AI-assisted plan review, and automated estimation workflows.

• Architecture & Best Practices:

  Participate in architecture discussions, perform code reviews, optimize application security/scalability, and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

  Partner closely with PMs, BAs, UI/UX designers, and AI engineers while mentoring junior team members and promoting engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Document Processing & OCR:

  Strong proficiency in OCR, PDF parsing, and image analysis for complex document workflows.

• Full-Stack Integration:

  Basic full-stack knowledge to support AI feature deployment.

• AI & Systems:

  Ability to integrate LLMs, RAG, and vector databases into production-ready applications.

• Infrastructure:

  Proficiency with APIs, SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with AI products, SaaS, B2B platforms, or startup environments.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Vietnam’s Time)
• Saturday: On-call if required
